Using RosterScan

RosterScan helps convert visual work schedules into editable Calendar events. You are responsible for checking the extracted shifts against your official roster before relying on the exported events. OCR can make mistakes, and the app is a convenience, not a system of record.

Subscriptions

RosterScan may offer auto-renewing subscriptions for higher usage limits. Subscriptions are charged through your Apple Account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The price, renewal terms, and any free trial are shown in the App Store before you confirm.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time from Apple Account Settings on your device.

No employment guarantee

RosterScan is not affiliated with or connected to your employer. It does not guarantee roster accuracy and is not a substitute for the official rota published by your workplace.

Liability

RosterScan is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed shifts, calendar conflicts, or any indirect damages resulting from use of the app. Always cross-check important shifts with your employer's official schedule.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the product changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, surfaced in the app.
