Common questions

Does RosterScan connect to my employer?

No. v1 works from files and images you choose. There is no integration with workforce management systems.

The OCR misread one of my shifts — what now?

Edit it on the confirmation screen before exporting. If a particular roster format consistently fails, please email us the image (with sensitive details redacted) so we can improve detection.

How do I cancel Pro?

Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose RosterScan. You can also manage subscriptions from the App Store account menu.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where is my roster data stored?

Locally on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Will RosterScan come to Android or the web?

Not in v1. We're focused on building the best possible iPhone experience first.
